As per your query it is understood that you need information regarding the transfer of SRA flat on your mother’s name after your father’s death.

2.    You can ask them for compliance. After the death of your father the property can be divided equally in all legal heirs.

4.    You need to get the legal heir certificate from the tehsildar office.

5.    After getting the legal heir certificate you can apply for the transfer of the flat in your mother’s name.
