I am a mass media student from Mumbai. I need some help for a project that im doing relted to SRA in Mumbai. I would like to know in the sale building (the one that builder can sell after constructing the building for previous tenants) can the society (of the sale building) decide not allow any of the owner of the flat to rent out his flat. Also can the builder put such a clause... say that no one can give a house on rent. I know it sounds a little absurd but would like to know.
