I had shop with Gumasta license. I have handover property to developer after agreement is made by him. My property is listed in Annexure II but due to Fault in Name it was showing non eligible. Now builder is challenged by some one in court. But my shop was demolished by builder.
Now my query -
I have not renewed my Shop Gumasta license after signing agreement with developer. DO I need to renew my Gumasta license?
Can Mumbai suburban BMC office Renew license in 2019 if it was not renewed for last 3 years means 2016?
