Stamp duty on rent agreement in up

Kindly please inform what is the stamp duty on a rent/lease agreement in State of Uttar Pradesh.

Also please specify which act is applicable: Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (as applicable in UP.) or The Uttar Pradesh Stamp Act 2008.
