stamp paper

three years before I purchased agricultural land from my uncle.we written it on a stamp paper because he don't have registration papers and it is a joint property but partition done.now he made his part individual andand not doing registration to me.can i file case.how can i get my money

U can give him notice for recovery of ur amount through lawyer.

now he wants to sell that property to some other. can I stop that registration? is that stamp paper valid up to now.relative witness is liable? please tel me
