Stamp papers

Hi,

my father has 4 children. he had bought 4 plots with each child having been 1 plot named after him/her. these were bought when we where minor. now we all are turned major that is above 21yrs age. the property  papers are with my uncle who is reluctant and not giving it. what can be done to get the stamp papers from him. or can i get a new one from registrar office.

another issue is my father and his elder brother use to run a business together. the shop owner and even the proprieter was my father. last year when we divided the shop ownership came on his name, but my father is the proprieter of the shop. and shop is run by my uncle. does my uncle have any rights over the goods in the shop ?
