If it is not stated in employee's bond (Conditions) and if employee is not using any trade secretets, formalas, software and not trapping the erstwhile employer's customer, there is nothing wrong. In some senstive companies, the bond states that an employee should not under take employment or business in the same field for certain years after resignation.
