Status during probation

Dear sir,

Please guide me through this.

what is status of an employee during his probation period while appointed agianst permanent post on group A post under Govt of NCT of Delhi

a) Quasi-permanent

b) Temporary

c) Permanent

status of probationer is that of temporary employee.

if confirmed on substantive post, then permanant status.

irregular adhoc employees are also like temporary employees.

temporary/probationer is not beyond adhoc employee who can only be replaced upon availability of regular employee.
