Status of organisation

If a Society registered under Society Registration Act,1961 of West Bengal and all the day to day work has been done as per State Government rules and regulations. Also it was look after by the Government Officials like District Magistrate, Chief Medical Officer, Block Dev. Officer, Block Medical Officer etc. Can we claim such organisation as Government Organisation?
