Stay Application with Revision in a Criiminal Case
A revision against the charges filed in the DJ u/s 399 & 397 CrPC
Is there a need to file a separate Stay Application for the proceedings in the trial court pending disposal of this revision or a prayer in the Revision Application is sufficient?
If there is a need to file a separate Stay Application then under which Section of the CrPC? (Please let me have a specimen of such application)

Unless there is urgency it is enough to file revision. Revisional court will call the file itself and proceeding is stayed automatically.

Separate Application will be better
for format you have to contact a lawyer personally or over the phone
