Stay in HC since 2014.How to close this case?

Respected Experts, 498A pvt complaint case is in stay and exemption from personal appearance granted since 2014.opportunity. party is not appearing and not interested in pursuing the case If I appear in HC and request for quash ( quash filed on grounds that Pvt complaint was accepted by LC magistrate while earlier protest petition was rejected by another magistrate and it is abuse of court process ). Pl note that police had given B report on the FIR. Please advise.
