one crime case is registered, after 12 days investigation is stayed by the high court on accused petition....
" investigation is stayed" is the judgement
my question is how long the stay will remain....
for investigation and final report stay to be revoked or not from high court
1. Stay in Criminal Cases shall lapse automatically AFTER Six months, unless stay order is revived with proper cogent reasons, by relevant stay Court.
2. Stay order can be revoked by moving application for vacating Stay (depending on circumstances).
