there is a group of people planning to demolish my room constructed on my land where they started offering prayers (Namaz) and build it as Majid.
I heard that they will choose a day where next 2/3 days were holiday's so I can't bring stay order and stop their work.
is there any way I can take stay order in advance?
Make a complaint to Police apprehending trespass and likely disturbances that may arise if those miscreants occupy the land belonging to you. Further, spare some amount and immediately get the land fenced, with a display that the land belongs to you and trespassers will be prosecuted. Get such photograph with sensing, display board and copy of your title deeds and enclose to the policecomplaint. You can entrust a Security Guard with your own cost, as immediately as possible.
