Step mother

My mother died some time ago. My only sister is married. I am unmarried and intend to remain the same. However my father is forcing me to get married or otherwise he will go for second marriage. considering my father gets married, i would like to ask- we live in house that is in my name. If i am not willing to keep my stepmother in the house, can my father take a legal recourse to force me to keep stepmother in the house. Moreover if my father wishes to live separetely can he claim maintenance from me, if yes how much and till how long? Secondly does the claim remains valid if stepmother becomes a widow.
