Party had submitted that he had paid amount of five lac to beneficiary and also given some cheques in advance to him.beneficiary is blackmailing and threatening to me that i will misuse your cheques written in letter of request for stop payment.
kindly advise us can we stop the cheques.
Issue legal notice to him and also inform to bank thru writing to stop payment.
