Strikes

If employees are planning for a strike due to reason being demand for more salary and salary restructure, how do we be for sure whether the strike is a legal one or an illegal one?

P.S. We do not violate either Payment of Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act or Payment of Wages Act

dear sourav,

 

In case the employees plan to go on a strike, they have to give 14 days clear advance notice before proceeding on strike as per the provisions of Industrial disputes  act.
