Student falsly went to human rights commision.

SIR I AM WORKING AS LECTURER IN PUNJAB GOVT. SEN.SEC.SCHOOL. IN 2010 A STUDENT WAS ASKED TO TAKE THE PERMISSION OF DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICER TO TAKE ADMISSION INTO 10+1 AS THE STUDENT WAS ABOVE 20 YEARS OF AGE ON THE DATE OF SEEKING ADMISSION. ACC. TO EDUCATION CODE OF PUNJAB IT IS MANDATORY. BUT THE STUDENT FILED A COMPLAINT TO HUMAN RIGHTS COMMSION PUNJAB THAT HE WAS REJECTED THE ADMISSION. HE MADE ME THE PARTY.I WAS NO COMPETENT AUTHORITY TO GIVE OR REFUSE ADMISSION TO ADMISSION AS I WAS NOT PRINCIPAL OR CLASS INCHARGE.A NOTICE WAS ISSUED BY THE COMMISION.  NOW THE STUDENT IS READY TO COMPROMISE.

WHAT SHOULD BE THE PROPER WORDING OF THE COMPROMISE ?

CAN A STUDENT TAKE HIS COMPLAINT BACK ?

KINDLY GUIDE ME THE PROCEDUR IN DETAIL ?

OR SHOULD I HIRE A LAWYER TO CLOSE THE CASE ?

Student can eliminate u as a party in this case ..better off u Hire a LAWYER  . No need to worry for u going y the contents of ur case as u have told here . For me compromise wouldnt be a good idea ..since u llhave to defend case  inHuman Rights Comission otherwise also ..Best way is if student eradicates u as a party in this case ..Otherwise defend ur side urself or through a lawyer
