One CG Employee was served Rule 12 under CCS RULE.on 19.2.19 He submitted his written submission on 26.2.19 seeking departmental enquiry subject to condition that if the authority thinks the reply is in sufficient to dispose the case on WS. But till today as on 19.07.2019 no reply of the WS has been received. No preliminary hearing has yet been conducted. Totally silent keeping the matter under Palm. What is the Time limit in this regard? 2. When matter may treated as infractuous? 3.What query may be asked for?.
