Dear sir,
I have filed a CPA against Airlines and distt forum Delhi awarded the judgement in my favour, but I have decided to appeal in State commission. In his judgement hon'ble fourm said.
"The graphically detailed order by the ACMM indicates a complete lack of accountability and gross negligence on the part of OP1. There has been misrepresentation and deliberate deception by OP1 in filing the affidavit and written arguments in July 2013 and July 2014 respectively, where in false averment regarding the passage of baggage picked by the loader Satpal has been made.
Presently I am living in Punjab, Kindly guide me the procedure against the Air line for filing the false affidavit.
