Succession certificate

Hi,

What is succession certificate and is it mandatory

succession certificate is use in Immovable property
yes it is mandatory if the particular owner or the property is not made any nominees.

If any one dispose his property through will then the party has to obtain probate and succession certificate for other  legal heirs become successors as per family law ,no succession certificate is necessary ,they are natural heirs.
