The company where my father worked requires us to submit a succession certificate, so that they can settle his final benefits. We have a legal heir but not a succession certificate. I would be great if you can clear my following doubts.
- The specialist (eg. civil, family lawyer) whom i should contact.
- The procedure involved in obtaining the certificate.
- The approximate time required to complete the process.
It would be a great help and I can go through the process with clarity, if anyone can provide me the above information.
