Suggestion for PIL

There are too many who are being recurrantly harassed by wife and they are fighting their war on the differnat fronts;

anyways you can draft  the PIL with whatever materail you have and  address the same to Cheif Justice of Sate or India whatever. 

Dear Mr. Hasnain,

You cannot file PIL for harrassment by your wife. There should be public interest issue which needs to be address.
