Suggestion from harassment in u.s.a

Hi,

I am Chinnu, 2 years back my sister got married with H1B(U.S) Visa holder.

At first everything is fine, slowly he(brother-in-law) and his brother is putting torture to my sister, and now he is planning to leave my sister in India

If he left my sister in India how she can win over him, and whom should I approach in Hyderabad.

Please give me a valuable suggestion and save her life from him.

Thanking you,

Chinnu.

Your sister has civil as well criminal rights over her husband in case he violates the law in any manner so as per requirement your sister may contact to local police as well to Protection Officer of the area.

Mr. Praneeth,

My sincere Advice is before you sister leave U.S.A; she must approach U.S. Ambassy stating all the facts and the kind of torture she is undergoing there. They will take care of your Brother-in-law and he cannot even dream of causing any sort of torture to your sister, anymore. If she comes here the matter will be diluted and it will be long procedure, it may take one or two years minimum to see that the matter reaches the right authorities.

If your sister dares to approach the appropriate athorities there itself, it will be help her in a positve way and she will get the kind of relief she needs. Please ask her to initiate at the earliest and the laws in U.S are very stringent and your BIL has to run from pillar to post, but cannot do anything to help himself.

Regards,
