I am currently going through a wierd situation. I am married since 3 years but away from him since last 1 year. We were never fine during our relation and also the marital life was not consummated.
He used to torture me physically and mentally
I do not want to stay with him further and would like to divorce him. Its been almost an year since there are no contacts with them.
Please advise how to proceed. They have sent a legal notice to me.

It was a notice which reads that they are ready to join and i m not willing to join. Hence he had forcefully came to a conclusion of seperatiion.
3 years sicne the marraige was not consumated. It was his mistake and not mine as i was silent to save his image.
