Suggestions: Calcutta High Court Mentor/Senior

Hello, i am a young law professional, with bare minimum experience in the practice. I have been working with criminal law for the last year and a half majorly restricting myself to The Calcutta High Court. My practice mainly revolves around the briefs I am assigned by my senior but at times thre work load and pay is less. I believe I am able candidate who needs some guidance. At this juncture I am not sure weather criminal law is ideal for me in the long run as well. I am sure many of you expirienced legal professionals have been in my shoes before. I was just hoping for a few suggestions and ideas to deal with this. Also if you can could you kindly recommend few names of advocates practicing at The Calcutta High Court who would be ideal as a Mentor for kick starting my legal career.
