Suicide using firearm by a woman within 7 years of her marri

The consiquence for husband & his family members if a woman suicide using firearm, leaves a note written few days prior death which exonerate husband n other relatives for her death. Her family members were staying in nearby house in same locality provided by her husband Her husband brought some property in her and her mother's name prior to her death. Her mother & brother said in court that husband was not found at the seen of incident but as per hospital record husband brought her for treatment and was there till police took him in custody. Her brother saying that he was outside the house (abt 30 ft from place of incident). There is record that she even took money from husband prior to her marriage which was withdrawn by her, her brother & sister. Can the husband be held u/s 498a, 306, 304B or 302? Can husband's family members be summoned u/s 319 while they were staying about 80km away in seperate house and her family members were staying 80 feet away in husband's second house in same locality?
