I have taken loan from Canara Bank for Businesses purpose Under MSME goverment scheme before 2 years ago.
My business is manufacturing unit was running well for one year after that i had lot of problems currently loan account is in NPA status also bank takes suit file against me.please let me know what i need to do.my financial conditions not good and business also.please suggest what i need to do.

You can approach banks ombudsmen. The main object of the complaint is to get resolved your problem as earliest. So it is most important to make complaint to banking ombudsmen who will resolve your problem effectively
