Summon served to employer/hubby’s manager in case of crpc125

Hi All,

I am fighting false matrimonial/maintenance  cases filed against me by my wife including CrPC125. Current stage of CrPC125 case is cross examination of a wife is over.  On last date, lower court has served a summon to husband’s manager to keep himself available on next hearing date for sharing details of husband’s earning/salary.

I wish to know what should be next step which husband should think of  in such a case. Is it mandatory for husband’s manager to remain present in a court for such a fake case?

 Please suggest!

 Many Thanks

if court issue summons then the manager is duty bound to appear before the court otherwise court may issue warrant against him for appereance

Many thanks sir for response. I am seeking legal remedy in order to fight against judge who seems to be biased here. Judge seems to be showing more interest in my earning by serving summons to my manager. Note that my cross examination is still pending in a court and I am yet to submit proofs which will enforce judge to think that allegations by greedy lady are false. In addition it is interesting to note that wife has not submitted any proof apart from value statements on affidavit.

 Thanks Again! :)

file an application before court with the Delhi High Court Judgment(Punit Kaur vs Inderjeet Singh) regarding detail affidavit for income, saving and status of both the parties.
