Summons for civil case - nri

Hi -  I am NRI residing in London,UK and there is a civil dispute going on in our village (near Dharmapuri Tamil Nadu) back in India. I am one of defendent and we had 2 hearing dates one on 06-Dec-2024 and other on 27-Feb-2025 and i received summons for both and i send copy to lawyer along with Power of attroney for my brother, he even signed the valakath papers and sent me scanned copy and lawyer had said he would file vakalath on 27-Feb-2025, but when we checked court case status it was not filed and when we called lawyer he mentioned that in court records summons served was not entered in court system and because of this vakalath was not filed.

Can someone suggest what is this court entry and how can we file vakalath next time and how to ensure this issue does not occur in next hearing which is scheduled on April-20-2025?

You can better change the lawyer because this lawyer appears not cooperating.

You have already opened this query in a different thread and you are repeating the question despite having seen many experts rendering their opinions.

Your anxiety will not lead you anywhere.
