Suo motto reversal of its own earlier direction

Mr. A and Mr B were guarantors in loan of secured Creditor.

In January,  the ncdrc suo motto directed Mr. A to sell asset of B and pay to the secured creditor. Note :- none of the party (including Mr. B) has not challenged the said direction.

Accordingly Mr. A took legal steps but Mr. B did not allow Mr. A to sell the said asset.

Therefore in  July,  Mr. A filed contempt application before ncdrc but ncdrc rejected it by saying that direction made by it in January was beyond its jurisdiction and that it (ncdrc) had no jurisdiction to direct Mr. A to sell the asset of Mr. B.

Thus Mr. B has been left by ncdrc for his contemptuos acts.

Now Mr. A is left inbetween because on belief of ncdrc direction, Mr. A withdrew application from other Court which he had filed earlier in that Court seeking direction to sell asset of Mr. B.

ANY JUDGEMENT OF SC, IF HELPFUL IN THIS REGARD

Plz.....suggest

Regards.
