Can some Senior Advocate give links of supreme Court Judgements in Favour of Accused in cases under 138 of NI act .. particularly on defence as the cheque was as security ( b) cheque bounced on accout " No such a account". Validity period of cheque when account closed in 2008, cheque presented in 2010

History and circumstances of each case are separate so citations do not help.
Engage a good advocate for trial and you can win such cases since finance companies make lot of mistakes in filing cases.
