We all know that in case of road accident people try to avoid helping the victim since they are harassed by police and hospital and have to spend lot of time in visiting them again and again to reply to their queries. Thanks to the order dated 30.3.2016 of Supreme Court of India. Now it will be a thing of the past. Supreme Court has approved the guidelines issued by the Government of India for protection of bystander or good Samaritan including eyewitness from such harassment.
