There is restriction on publication of any case pending decision before a Court.

1.  What would be your purposes or why would you want to do it ?   Like you want public judgment before court judgment ?

2. Is it to mobilize financial support or prejudice public or garner support or what ????

It is improper. And such publicity seeking could be viewed adversely by the Court.

When the matter is before the highest Court of the land, it would be suicidal for you to resort to the proposed action please.

YOU CAN DO IT BY ANY PRESS REPORTER HELP BECAUSE PRESS CAN DISCUSS THE PREJUDICE MATTER AND INVESTIGATE ALL THE MATTER
