Dear Sir
I want some information to deal with the supreme court registry for our matter. Some one has filed a SLP before Hon'ble supreme court and Hon'ble court granted stay of the operation of Highcourt which was in our favour.We have filed the reply before registrar and also appeared .The Hon'ble registrar in his last order mentioned that despite of several oppertunities given to petitioner , the petitioner has not taken steps and also not appearing before the court. Now list the matter before chambers.
This order was passed in the month of dec. and still not listed. Kindly suggest what we should do?
