Hello Lawyers,
We have a site registered in 1999 and built our house in 2000.Now we are planning to sell our house. The people who are interested in our house takes the documents to their personal lawyer and returns back saying that the survery number is not matching with the number mentioned in our sale deed. The survery number in the mother deed is 31 and the survey number in our sale deed and layout plan is 31B.
Kindly tell us how to find out the right survey number of our house? Is it a problem to get a loan in any bank?
