Please guide.
Original Sale deed has my surname mis-spelt. I have got it corrected via a rectification deed recently.
In rectification deed, the original sale deed document number and all details were correct, plot number of the venture is correct.
But, the Survey numbers are left incomplete( letter A was not typed ) in initial para, for example, they were left 398/ …...instead of 398/A.
In the schedule of the property of the same document, the survey number , plot number etc...were given correctly.
Please guide what can be done here?
