Survived 498 & want to file counter cases & need divorce

1. You need to meet fellow victims locally to understand the long road ahead instead of dependent on few Sections of IPC that we may give here for possible counter cases.
2. The local victims meet under the banner and style of Save India Family / Save Family Foundation. Goggle their location and meet and discuss and get into activism mode accordingly.
Reasoning:
Plain few lines of your thread post does not make head and tail as to depth of allegations and what you have as evidences and her family and so on so forth details. Simply filing left and right counter cases based on limited lines of a thread are not advisable. 

Well advised by Tajobs filing counter cases is not the issues to your problems . Now that you have got Bail contest the case and roam like a free bird . 

1. your 498 A will run for 5-7 years . 

2. Additional counter cases will run for a few more years . ( you can file a lot Defamination, cheating etc etc )

3. Once you see court and you keep attending you will reaslise . First josh is there of filing counter cases than as you keep running to court for 1-3 years than josh settles down .

4. you will be drained out financially . 

5. if you are not happy with the order you will approach High court and than supreme court .Once agian you are drained out 

6. Hence if you notice Tajobs posts i have never seen any posts where he advises to File DV case etc etc .But will advise you to part with grace by way of MCD etc  .

 first get free from the charges on you

thanks for your reply.my wife is asking for huge amount like 35lac or 25thousand per month for life time.

it's huge amount .she is denying for giving me divorce unless and untill i pay her that much of amount. twice in a month i along with my parents have to travel to her place to appear in court as she has filed 498 and dv case. it's costing me 20 thousand per visit as i am staying in karnataka and she is in gujarat.

is there any way out to get divorce as she does not want to come back to me nor she wants to give me divorce that easily as her intention is to harrase me and get huge money out of me.

please help.

You can put many cases like cheating, defamation, dp act etc etc... but defend the case first. based on outcome think of counter cases....

For alimony negotiate rigourously until u can afford money.... if ur 498a and DV case is false, it acts as a cruelty and i think there is no alimony for women who show cruelty.

Hope this advice helps
