Switching job to another psu

Hii I am working in a Maharatna Psu now i want to switch to another psu. The new employer is asking NOC at the time of interview but my present employer has a policy of not giving NOC before 5 years of service( mine is 2.5) what should i do ? should i conceal the fact that i am working in a psu while filling the form or there is another way
