Taking back original documents from the court

Taking Back Original Documents from the Court

What is the procedure for taking back original documents from the Court in a civil case?

Is there any time limit / bar to making such an application from the date of final decision

Obtain certified copies from the copying agency of the court,  which have been exhibited on the court file during trial of suit and u wish to recive back.

Make application to the Civil Court alongwith copy of judgement and cerified coipes of documents of the originals which u want to recieve back.

Satisfy the court that matter has been conclude berween parties till the highest court of land.

Applicant will recive back originals of the documets which ahve been presented and  exhibited at his instance.

There is apparantely no limit for such work, but need full be done at earliest.
