Will a child of 4 1/2 years be permitted by the court to be taken abroad for a tour by the court by the father during the time he is given custody? Please note that the child's father and mother are divorced and the child is normally resident with the mother.

Yes, you can take your child with your wife's consent or with permission of the court.
