Talaq happened

1. When was the Talaq date?
2. The arrears have to be met till the date of Talaq.
3. The HC may set aside however contest admission hearing tooth and nail.
4. First concentrate on HC motion strategy to dismiss the same then think of “higher interim etc.”

sir actually i have followed the guide lines of sc and sent three talaqs in three intervals 1st in the month of july 2011,2nd in the month of AUG2011 both have been returned as the address is incorrect,3rd in the month of SEP2011,this time it was to the correct address but as uasual they have return saying door lock and i have followed as per the muslim law and spoken to the QAZI and followed the procedure of triple talaq pronounced in one say on 3RD JUNE2012 and the same has been published in the leading daily newspaper as an information and the same has been put in the court as they are ignoring.

>>>if the arears are high can we challenge to reduce in the upper court or else it has to be paid,if it has to paid what is the amount of time be provided.
