TAMPERING OF EVIDENCE PUTS COURT LENS ON STAFF
Haven't we ever read or heard the news headlines in the past such as:- 'Fake encounter in Kashmir' wherein an innocent was killed in a fake encounter by authorities only to get exposed afterwards and brought to justice!!
This is Not a news from Kashmir but from Pune, Maharashtra (as to a matrimonial Suit proceedings)
This is a news of Fake encounter/proceedings by Judiciary
I request social media to kindly bring this news to the Notice of Hon'ble Supreme Court and also to the Hon'ble President of India (If such incidents can happen in trivial disputes like Matrimonial Suits, then one may start to wonder ....... what might be happening in cases where powerful 1000s of Crore land, sand, drug Mafias put pressures/threats to Officers to get the accuesd aquitted??)
The fact of the matter is that the Officers of Court and Judicial Officer recorded a 'Fake Court Proceeding", which had never ever taken place in reality, by way of fabricating records of Court proceedings and making back dated changes in Daily Order Sheet (Roznama) to try to make it look like a genuine record and the Judicial Officer passing a lengthy but uttery FAKE Order with impunity but which tries to give an impression as if Both sides vehemently argued before for hours and hours and raised law points intensely.
This might have happened in the past but SO FAR nobody had gotten COUGHT in such a RED handed manner (even a chain scatcher hardly gets caught right during his irst attempt of crime!!! ).
In other cases also, People didn't initially believe on the cries of victim as to atrocities committed by well known Spiritual Gurus until they were caught with credible evidence.
And the victim-Husband (and a pro-se litigant) has been battling for justice for more than 4 years now!!!! and this act of 'Fake Court Proceedings" and the perpetrator the same act stll at large from the clutches of law
The said Order of administrative Enquiry (with a specifically directed Question :"who committed this mischief?") also apparently looks like an eyewash or mere a FARCE
