Tansfer of house ownership

hi.

I am from Pune. We are family of four. Our current home is on my grand mother in-law's name. She is expired before 2 months. We want to transfer the home on my father in-law's name. Could you please provide me the process? My father in-law has 2 brothers as well. So do we need to take their permission as well.
