Technical resignation

Kanval u need to read your service rules given by delhi plice for your appointment order.

Ther is no such term call Technical regisnation. 

First decide what u want then act accordingly. I think delhi police SI is best as compair to PO in CBSE.

If your selection fo new job also comes under th e same  department o r a different deparftment  o fsame organization   if  you  resignh the  previous job by virtue of being slelected in  a better job in the same organization the resignation you tendered to the previous job i scalled technical resignation because it is all in the same organization. You'd get your past pay, EL , LTC pay protection etc service benefitds.
