Previously I was working with Department Of Post (Central Government) as Postal Assisstant, from 17th Jan 2007 to 15th March 2012 & thereafter through proper channel I applied for LIC of India(undertaking) as A.A.O. and joined LIC on 19th March 2012 after submitting technical resignation. But I have not taken any benefits after technical resignation from my my previous service as nobody at my previous offie is aware about what different benefits are eligible in case of technical resignation. I am only aware about EL encashment on technical resignation. So could you please tell me the different benefits that I should get on account of my previous service at Central Government. Whether I will get HPL encashment & gratuity or not? What will happen to my NPS deductions of last 5 years? In Department of Post I was covered under New Pension Scheme..So kindly help me out...what different kinds of benefits that I can avail or encash on account of my service at central government...
