Presently I am a permanent employee in central government department. I am selected for another job of same grade pay in other department through Staff selection commission. I applied for the post through proper channel after taking permission from my present employer.
I shall tender my technical resignation to my present department. Please tell me about the following quaries.
1. If I want to retain my lien of my present post, I have to apply separtely for lien or is it automatically understood from my technical resiganation application?
2. Am I eligible for pay protection ?
