Technical resignation rules for central govt. employees

hopes that u will satisfy me by ur answer

you can app;ly through proper channel and take NOC.  Your resignation will be accepted and your have right to pay protection and for counting of previsou service for all purposes (other than seniority in new post)

If you do nto apply throught proper channel then you are liable for disciplinary action even if it is detected after you join new post.

with regards i want to submit my points as under-

1. i have joined KVS after technically resigned my 5 years regular service in Dept.Of Posts and presently  in Lien.

2. i have applied for the post of PRT in Delhi Subordinate services with prior permission from KVS.

3.Now i have been selected as a PRT in Delhi subordinate services.

      In this context i have given my technical resignation to KVS before join my job as PRT in Delhi subordinate service,but KVS official said that as you are a not a regular employee in KVS(presently ONLY six month service in KVS),U are presently a  temporary employee in KVS,u have to resign the job  before join the other department,We cann't  technically resigned u.Now i am confused what i have to do.

please give suggestion sir,what i have to do.

sir,

i am selected in incometax tax assistant post for 2013 batch. I have been allocated gujrat region.

but joining still pending. In 2014 batch, I have been allocated rajasthan region for same post and same department. I belong to rajasthan. So, should I join in gujrat for 2013 batch? if yes, may i give technical resignation for joining in rajasthan in 2014 batch.

My self  Sk. Amanullah, have been working as  Sorting Assistant,(a group  C employee with GP 2400/-) in Deartment ofPosts- India( central Govt)  from 24.05.2010.  Now I have selected as Tax Assistnat ( Group-C ) Incometax Department in GP 2400/-( Central Govt) . I was issued NOC from my present employer to attend for the exam and document verification. I was allotted to AP & Telangana region Incometax charge. the IT department sought   to fill attestation forms prescribed for Central Govt employees. I submitted all the forms and requested them to excempt me from Police verification process as the same had been done and maintained by me present employer( Dept of post). Please furnish the process followed by both departments in connection with my technical resignation  and lien and pay protection

Sir,

after accepting technical resignation with lien period in BSNL(A Govt of India undertaking) i join UPPCL(UP Govt undertaking) on 29.12.2015. again i join BSNL services on 28.12.2015 after accepting my request by competent authority and drawing my salary. on rejoining BSNL fix my basic as on 28.09.12. from 29.09.2012 to 28.09.2015 i got three annual increment in UPPCL. sir what is rule for pay fixation  on rejoining parent department in technical resign within lien period.
