Tenancy Act

What is the new Tenancy Act ? What effect will it have to the Tenant landlord relationship ? Will it reduce the burden of litigation in the courts ? For whom is it more beneficial the tenant or the landlord?

The tenant will have lien in tenency evenafter the period agreed upon.The Landlord can seek eviction for personal use. To sum up, it is favourable to the tenant.
