Need some valuable legal guidance on the following questions about tenancy rights
My land is in thane city(Ghodbunder road). According to section 43C of the Maharashtra Tenancy act, Laws of Tenancy were not applicable to areas of Municipal corporation and also areas of Greater Bombay (as defined declaration of limits act 1945).And according to schedule 4 of the same act Thane taluka came within the limits of Greater Bombay. So by this reference is it true that any claims of sec 32G or 70B on a land where I am an Owner could become infructuous in the Tahsildars or any other court of law?
