Tenant Eviction - Mumbai

Hi, My rental leave & license agreement with my tenant expired in September 2016. My tenant had agreed to vacate the house in october, but he is in jail now for some falradaulent activity. I had allowed his wife and son to stay for 2 months on good faith basis. Now they are not vacating the house and have started giving reasons to delay to leave the house. The husband is in jail. How do I vacate the house and take possession?
